PEV series of European Jaw Crusher is a new product absorbing world advanced technology, bases on our present traditional jaw crusher, and adopts three-dimensional design theory. Co***ring with traditional jaw crusher, it has larger capacity and crushing ratio, bigger range of input size, evener product size, and easier maintenance.
2. Features of European Jaw Crusher:
1). Symmetrical deep crushing chamber is adopted to maximize range of feed size, capacity and crushing ratio.
2). Three-dimensional software is adopted to optimize crusher parameters and parameter proportion, and reduce equipment self-weight, so capacity is increased more than 30%.
3). Bearing seat is designed integrally, so manufacturing difficulty is greatly reduced, and bearing life is increased.
4). There is a thick replaceable plate on the top of moving jaw to prevent moving jaw from being i***cted.
5). Wedge is adopted to replace traditional gasket, so the adjustment is much easier and more reliable. Discharging size can be adjusted into any size of the adjustment range. |
